A leading international financial services provider is seeking a Trust Manager to join its growing Cayman Islands team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and oversight of complex trust and company structures for UHNW clients

• Serve as the key point of contact for client relationships, delivering responsive, high-quality service

• Provide technical guidance and ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal standards

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development and team effectiveness

• Review and sign off on trust documents, resolutions, and meeting materials

• Oversee client file reviews, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring

• Liaise with legal, tax, and investment professionals to support clients’ cross-border needs

• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and business development efforts

What You Bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in trust and company administration, including exposure to complex structures

• Recognised professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA, or legal/accounting designation)

• Deep understanding of fiduciary duties, regulatory requirements, and risk management

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
