Trust Manager – Private Family Office | Cayman Islands
Are you a seasoned trust professional seeking a unique opportunity to manage complex structures within a highly sophisticated Private Family Office environment? We are currently seeking a Trust Manager to join a growing Cayman-based team and help steward the long-term legacy of an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family.

About the Role:
As Trust Manager, you will play a key role in the administration and oversight of complex trust structures and private trust companies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and alignment with the family’s multigenerational wealth strategies. You’ll work closely with legal advisors, accountants, investment professionals, and family members to ensure fiduciary duties are upheld with discretion, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a portfolio of discretionary and non-discretionary trusts, private trust companies (PTCs), and underlying entities.
• Act as a director or trustee on relevant structures where appropriate.
• Coordinate with external legal, tax, and investment advisors to ensure holistic fiduciary management.
• Provide reporting and governance updates to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Oversee AML/KYC obligations, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with local and international fiduciary laws.
• Participate in succession planning, philanthropic endeavors, and intergenerational education initiatives.
• Maintain robust records and documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• STEP qualified or equivalent professional trust, legal,  or accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in trust and fiduciary services, ideally with exposure to UHNW clients or private family offices.
• Strong working knowledge of Cayman Islands trust laws, as well as cross-border structuring and tax considerations.
• Comfortable acting as a fiduciary and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
