MSK Physiotherapist

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based practices
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
- Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., chiropractors, massage therapists, physicians)
- Offer culturally competent care, particularly to Spanish-speaking clients
- Take part in team meetings, audits, and ongoing professional development
- Support wellness programs, community initiatives, and corporate health events
Requirements
- Accredited degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred)
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in MSK physiotherapy
- Proficient in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Eligible for physiotherapy registration in the Cayman Islands
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Experience with diverse populations and EMR systems
Preferred but not required:
- Background in private practice or international settings
- Familiarity with Pilates, dry needling, or advanced therapeutic techniques
- Interest in sports rehabilitation or workplace health programs
