Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure. Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.
Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.
As the Senior Planning Manager, you will lead all planning, scheduling and programme management activities across the project lifecycle. Acting as the client’s representative, you will work closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to develop and manage integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment across construction, commissioning, turnover and operational readiness. You will play a pivotal role in driving schedule compliance, identifying delivery risks, facilitating recovery strategies and providing accurate forecasting to support successful project delivery.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering planning and programme management services on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial or major infrastructure projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.
You will demonstrate strong expertise in integrated project scheduling, programme development, critical path analysis, resource loading, progress reporting, delay analysis, schedule recovery, risk management and project controls. Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is essential, while previous experience coordinating CSA, MEP, commissioning and turnover activities on hyperscale or colocation data centre projects will be highly advantageous.
This role requires a commercially aware and analytically minded planning professional with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be confident in challenging programme assumptions, analysing productivity and schedule performance, leading recovery workshops, and providing strategic planning advice to support informed project decision-making in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
In return, you will join a high-performing project team delivering one of Singapore’s most significant hyperscale data centre developments, gaining exposure to a complex mission-critical environment while working alongside industry-leading professionals within a globally recognised consultancy.
