Our client is a leading international Project Management Consultancy with an established track record of delivering complex, mission-critical developments across Asia-Pacific. With continued growth in the data centre sector, they have been appointed to deliver a 7.5MW Data Hall Fit Out project in Hong Kong and are seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead site delivery from construction through to handover.

As the senior site lead, you will take full ownership of construction execution, overseeing all CSA, MEP, specialist fit-out, and commissioning readiness activities. Leading contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected in a live mission-critical environment.

Working closely with the client and project leadership team, you will drive construction planning, logistics, contractor performance, QA/QC, health and safety, risk management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations and project governance.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record delivering complex data centres or other mission-critical, high-tech developments in a senior construction leadership capacity. Strong experience managing large site teams, multiple contractors, and technically complex, MEP-intensive projects is essential, while previous data hall or white-space fit-out experience will be highly regarded. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
