Our client is a global leader in Corporate Workplace Interior Design & Build, delivering some of the world’s most innovative and technically advanced office environments for multinational organisations. As demand for large-scale workplace transformation projects continues to accelerate across India, they are looking to appoint a Project MEP Design & Project Manager to join their growing team in Hyderabad.

This is a unique hybrid role that combines technical MEP design leadership with end-to-end project delivery. Working on high-profile corporate workplace projects of up to 100,000 sq ft, you will oversee the entire MEP lifecycle, from concept design and technical coordination through to site execution, commissioning and final handover. Acting as the bridge between the design studio, engineering teams, contractors and clients, you will ensure every project is technically robust, commercially viable and delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme and safety.

Working closely with the Design, Commercial and Project Management teams, you will review client requirements, develop practical engineering solutions, coordinate external consultants, drive design integration and manage on-site implementation. You will also oversee contractor performance, resolve technical challenges, monitor progress and ensure all mechanical, electrical, ELV, fire protection and building systems are successfully commissioned and handed over.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and demonstrate a strong track record delivering MEP design and project management for large corporate workplace fit-out projects. Experience managing both the design and construction phases of complex commercial interiors is essential, along with a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, building automation, fire protection and ELV systems. Knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and modern digital engineering workflows will be highly advantageous, as will previous experience with a leading Interior Design & Build contractor, engineering consultancy or specialist MEP contractor.
