In line with this expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Client Services Manager to lead the next stage of business development and partnership growth in Kuala Lumpur, taking full ownership of client relationship management, opportunity development, and commercial outcomes across the Malaysia market. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying and shaping new workplace opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and converting complex requirements into viable design & build solutions. You will act as a key liaison between clients, prospects, and internal global teams, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration across all stages of engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, elevating client experience, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor in workplace strategy and transformation. A key part of the role will be maintaining a strong and active pipeline, managing the end-to-end pursuit process, and leading tender strategies, including the preparation of proposal decks and client presentations . With a strong focus on market development, you will also be responsible for uncovering new partnerships, strengthening brand presence, and building long-term strategic relationships across end-users, agents, suppliers, and landlords .

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong background in client servicing, business development, or marketing leadership, ideally within interior design, design & build, real estate, or related sectors. You will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate client ambitions into actionable solutions. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a leadership role within Marketing, Communications, or Business Development is expected, alongside a relevant degree qualification .
