Responsibilities:

• Arrange and attend board meetings, prepare detailed minutes of board meetings to a very high standard and arrange the execution of documentation
• Ensure clients are adhering to the relevant corporate governance requirements of Cayman Islands regulated entities and addressing these at each board meeting
• Deliver a high level of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures
• Draft and circulate proposal documents to potential clients and attend pitch calls as required

Requirements:

• Possess either ICSA Chartered Governance qualification or legal qualification
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
• Board level experience, including strong minute taking and having attended Board and Committee meetings in a sophisticated business environment
• A working knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory governance regime is essential
• Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Keen attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, decision making skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent client service skills and ability to interface effectively with clients and managers
• Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
