Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital presence.
• Create and manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Produce engaging digital content while maintaining consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams on integrated marketing campaigns, events, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare reports to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
• Support email marketing campaigns and website content management to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement.
• Coordinate branded merchandise procurement, inventory, and distribution in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management, including strategy development, content creation, and performance reporting.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms and delivering engaging digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, and email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign.
• Experience using Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and social media analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Excellent written communication, creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work outside standard business hours when required.
