Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

As such, they are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual administration of the project, ensuring that contracts are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the client’s representative, you will work closely with consultants, contractors, legal advisors, and project stakeholders to manage contractual obligations, mitigate risks, resolve commercial issues, and protect project interests.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record managing contracts on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation, quantity surveying practice, or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in contract administration, procurement, tender management, contract negotiations, claims management, change control, and dispute resolution. A solid understanding of standard forms of contract and commercial management principles is essential, while previous experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centre developments will be highly advantageous.

This role requires a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. You will be comfortable navigating complex contractual matters, providing strategic commercial advice, and working collaboratively with project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
