Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing employment documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate record management.
  • Maintain employee files, HR databases, and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with HR projects as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative, HR assistant, or similar support role.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach to work.
