Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner by providing guidance and support to managers and employees across various human resources functions, including employee relations.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end local immigration processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and internal protocols.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate and support performance management processes, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to review market competitiveness and support rewards programs.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders on HR-related matters and provide timely updates and recommendations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business needs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, HR practices, and immigration processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Experience supporting talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management activities is preferred.
