Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ or related
5+ Years experience in HR
PHR, SPHR, professional coaching, or other HR certification
Prior experience with recruitment procedures as well as including pre-boarding and employee onboarding.
Knowledge of HR Information systems and databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
Act as an internal consultant to the business on human resource management and organizational change
Collaborate with key stakeholders
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
Manage all employee matters (addressing grievances, overseeing disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations)
Analyze available HR reports and data
Maintain knowledge of trends
