Our client is a well-established Interior Design & Build (ID&B) firm delivering high-quality corporate workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects across Hyderabad. Known for their integrated design and delivery approach, they partner with multinational clients to create innovative and functional work environments. With a strong project pipeline and continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support their expanding project delivery team.

As such, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple workplace interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers and project teams, you will coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication across designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers remain aligned.

You will assist with project planning, meeting coordination, progress tracking, and documentation control, helping ensure projects remain structured and on schedule. A key part of the role will involve supporting site coordination, managing RFIs, submittals, and drawing registers, and maintaining accurate project records to support smooth project execution.

The successful candidate will bring 8–10 years’ experience in project coordination within corporate interiors, commercial fit-out, or workplace projects, ideally within a Design & Build contractor or Project Management Consultancy environment. You will have a solid understanding of interior construction processes, sequencing, and MEP coordination, with the ability to review architectural and MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

You should have experience managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing control, with strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Experience using Procore, Asite, BIM360, or SharePoint will be advantageous.

Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential, along with a structured and detail-oriented working approach. A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline will be preferred.
