Our client is a leading international Project Management Consultancy with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical developments across Asia-Pacific and globally. With continued growth in the data centre sector and a strong pipeline of major hyperscale and colocation projects, they are known for their strong site delivery, technical capability and disciplined project execution. Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

As such, they are seeking an experienced and technically strong MEP Project Manager who will take ownership of the mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) delivery across a complex, high-value greenfield data centre project from design development through to commissioning, handover, and operational readiness. Acting as a key interface between the client, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors, you will be responsible for driving programme, quality, technical coordination, and stakeholder management across all MEP project phases, ensuring successful execution within a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

Reporting into senior project leadership, this role will oversee the delivery of all critical MEP systems, including power distribution, HVAC, cooling infrastructure, fire protection, controls, and associated utilities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, commissioning managers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all project functions. You will play a critical role in managing technical risks, driving design and construction coordination, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all milestones are achieved in line with programme objectives and operational requirements.

A key focus of the role will be leading MEP coordination across design, construction, testing, and commissioning phases while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence. You will be expected to provide strong leadership across both internal and external stakeholder groups, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring critical systems are delivered in accordance with client requirements, industry best practice, and mission-critical performance standards.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record delivering major MEP packages within mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure developments, ideally within the data centre sector. Candidates with experience across hyperscale, colocation, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or other highly technical environments will also be considered. Strong technical expertise across building services systems, coupled with experience managing contractors, consultants, and commissioning activities within consultancy, contractor, or client-side environments, will be essential.

You will be a highly credible and confident MEP professional with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within demanding delivery environments. Experience managing complex MEP installations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving projects through design, construction, testing, and handover phases will be critical to success in this role. A strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, commissioning processes, and operational readiness requirements will be highly advantageous.
