Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of engineering projects. This role blends hands-on technical work with team collaboration and mentorship, making it ideal for an experienced engineer ready to take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical or electrical systems, components, and assemblies
• Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and simulations to validate designes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, procurement, and operations
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliant
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designes
• Support project execution by monitoring scope, schedule, and quality deliverables
• Ensure designs adhere to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Proficiency in relevant CAD/simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or equivalencent)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience in industry-specific field, e.g., manufacturing, energy, infrastructure
• Familiarity with ASME, NEC, IEEE, or other relevant standards
