Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional business development and marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide growth objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and partners on client development, market positioning, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Drive client engagement, strategic account management, and cross-selling opportunities across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement data-driven business development programs to increase revenue, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-border and multi-jurisdictional marketing and business development initiatives to support regional and global objectives.
  • Oversee regional business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and business development team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Promote best practices, operational excellence, brand consistency, and compliance across all marketing and business development activities.
  • Leverage CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, analytics, and business intelligence tools to improve decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with global teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of progressive business development and marketing experience within professional services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Prior experience within the legal sector is essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing and business development strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Strong experience in strategic account management, client relationship development, and stakeholder engagement within a partnership environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing marketing and business development teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, social media, and data-driven business development practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, relationship management, and project management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
