Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Law or equivalent
- Five+ years experience in marketing/business development
- Knowledge of core marketing principles
- A confident self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities
- Superior communications and organizational skills
- Project management experience
Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Senior Manager of BD to drive annual business planning for various practices
- Execute planned business development initiatives both internationally and locally
- Proactively address changes in practice group strategies, priorities or execution of business plans with the Senior Manager and/or Head of Departments
- Manage budgets and report on progress of marketing plans and key initiatives
- Collaborate with the Digital and Communications teams
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team
