Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment
  plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to
  coordinate patient care.
• Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests to support clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the electronic health record system.
• Refer patients to hospitals or higher levels of care when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of psychiatric and integrative mental health services.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric research, treatment approaches, and best
  practices.
• Participate in community mental health initiatives and professional collaboration within a
  multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Medical degree with full qualification and licensure as a Psychiatrist.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in psychiatric practice.
• Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Medical Board or relevant health regulatory
  authority.
• Ability to provide care for adolescents and adults.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in integrative or holistic approaches to mental health is advantageous.
