Chief Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR operations, strategy, and policy development.
- Manage recruitment, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leadership.
- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Lead and develop the HR team while driving organizational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Recognized HR qualification (CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
- Management qualification (ILM Level 4 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years’ HR experience, including senior or strategic responsibilities.
- At least 3 years’ management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices.
