• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, pleadings, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies.
• Organize and manage case files, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external parties as needed.
• Prepare and review discovery materials, including interrogatories, subpoenas, and document productions.
• Provide support during trial preparation, including creating exhibits and coordinating logistics.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Education: High school diploma or degree-level education; paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in litigation or a legal environment; familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Knowledge: Understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
