Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery by inspecting, cleaning, fueling, and ensuring it is ready for customer use.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment safely in the warehouse and yard.
• Inspect returned equipment, perform basic cleaning and maintenance, and restock items as required.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory organization and equipment handling.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and transportation of equipment when required.
• Provide operational support across multiple business functions, including yard operations, event support, and other general warehouse activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all health and safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, construction, equipment rental, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and complete basic paperwork accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with a reliable and positive work ethic.
• Valid Group 2 driver’s license (or equivalent) with the ability to assist with deliveries when required.
• Clean police clearance.
