Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
- Present solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales and client records.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings and events.
Requirements
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
