Responsibilities

• Support senior risk leadership in building and embedding the enterprise risk framework.
• Administer the risk register, key risk indicators, and control framework.
• Collaborate across departments to map and implement effective risk controls.
• Draft, update, and track review cycles for risk policies and procedures.
• Produce management information on risk and control effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal audit, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on findings.
• Promote risk awareness through training and advisory support to the business.
• Support incident response, business continuity planning, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in business, finance, or law, or equivalent risk management experience.
• Relevant professional certifications an advantage.
• Several years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or a related regulatory field.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, able to translate requirements into practical controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize under pressure.
