Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, community growth, and business expansion.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning within the Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives across key platforms, fostering strong relationships with users, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop content marketing strategies, including thought leadership, educational content, product messaging, and campaign communications.
  • Manage product marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and user data to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, business development, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain market relevance.

Requirements

  • Extensive marketing experience, including senior leadership experience within Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies that drive user growth and brand recognition.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, digital assets, decentralized applications, and community-driven growth models.
  • Experience leading digital marketing, content marketing, social media, public relations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in execution when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
