Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, residential units, offices, and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish toiletries and supplies, and ensure all areas are fully stocked.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, furniture, fixtures, and other designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost property, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Safely use and store cleaning products, equipment, and supplies in accordance with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and cleaning equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and provide courteous, professional service to guests, residents, or occupants.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other housekeeping and general cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift and move supplies, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.
