Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their event and rental requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, rental agreements, contracts, and invoices while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate rental bookings, monitor equipment availability, and assist with inventory scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and rental process, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by assisting with promotional materials, client proposals, and event packages.
  • Provide on-site or off-site event coordination and operational support to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely preparation, delivery, and collection of rental equipment.
  • Perform general administrative and customer service duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality, events, business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, equipment rentals, or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using business software.
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or event coordination principles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for off-site event coordination.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Clean police clearance. Experience with PartyCAD, Point of Rental, or similar rental management software is an advantage.
