Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, service, and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) and water-treatment systems.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, membranes, valves, instrumentation, and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, VFD/inverter drives, motor controls, and electrical components.
• Maintain and repair swimming pool and jacuzzi systems, including pumps, filtration, dosing equipment, sensors, and controls.
• Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across water-treatment systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, control, plumbing, and pipework schematics and assist with system modifications.
• Identify practical improvements to enhance system performance and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Respond to breakdowns while maintaining accurate service and maintenance records.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis and water-treatment systems.
• Strong RO servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems, VFD drives, motor controls, and electrical fault finding.
• Strong plumbing and mechanical skills, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, control, and plumbing schematics.
• Experience with AQSEP RO units is highly desirable.
• Experience with pool and jacuzzi systems, desalination equipment, or broader water-treatment systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience within water treatment, utilities, resorts, marine, industrial, or similar technical environments is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and methodically.
• Applicants must have or be able to obtain the appropriate authorization to work in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
