Responsibilities

• Shape and refine the organization’s risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
• Own the compliance monitoring program, tracking effectiveness and improvements.
• Partner with compliance leads across jurisdictions for consistent practices firmwide.
• Serve as key liaison for internal and external audits, overseeing remediation.
• Track regulatory changes and keep the business aligned with requirements.
• Manage AML, CTF, counter-proliferation financing, and sanctions compliance, including escalations.
• Assess suspicious activity reports and determine appropriate actions.
• Report compliance findings and trends to senior leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years’ compliance experience in financial or professional services (corporate services exposure a plus).
• Degree-qualified and/or holder of the ICA International Diploma or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of onshore and offshore regulatory frameworks, including offshore AML/CTF obligations.
• Experience building and maintaining compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
• Strong presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement with strong analytical and decision-making ability.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities under time pressure.
• Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative working style.
