Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s risk and compliance program, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
• Assess internal controls and processes for AML/CFT/CPF program effectiveness.
• Monitor the Risk Management Framework and safeguard organizational assets.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to stakeholders and regulators Support staff and volunteer training on regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Deputy AML Compliance Officer Supervise and lead the Risk & Compliance team.
• Identify and help resolve compliance-related issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• CAMS or similar recognized compliance/risk certification.
• At least 5 years in regulatory compliance, including 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of financial institution operations and regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of corporate governance and enterprise risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance monitoring tools.
