Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support to partners and attorneys across commercial and private client dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal and factual research and analysis to support ongoing litigation.
• Review and analyze case documents, evidence, and other legal materials.
• Draft legal documents, affidavits, correspondence, and supporting materials.
• Assist with case management across both small and high-value contentious proceedings.
• Undertake costs reviews and assist with bill of costs assessments.
• Communicate case-related information to local and international clients under attorney supervision.
• Maintain organized case records and support the team in meeting court and client deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a paralegal within commercial and/or private client dispute resolution.
• Recognized paralegal qualification, law degree, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting attorneys with contentious legal proceedings and litigation matters.
• Strong case management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with document management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence dealing with local and international clients.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Flexible and team-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work outside normal business hours when required.
