Responsibilities

• Review outcomes from ongoing screening processes, working with client-facing teams to resolve material matters and escalating issues to senior compliance leadership.
• Support onboarding of new business, including review of customer due diligence documentation
• Assist with client exit and closure processes within internal systems.
• Liaise with client teams and clients directly on beneficial ownership, economic substance, and due diligence requirements.
• Conduct reviews of new and existing client relationships to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
• Escalate review findings appropriately and track completion of resulting action items.
• Support preparation of accurate, up-to-date management information and regulatory registers.
• Assist with delivery of internal training on risk and compliance topics as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• STEP, ICSA, or an equivalent compliance-related diploma or professional qualification.
• Solid understanding of local regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Adaptable interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry developments.
